An interactive PDF, Hazard Mitigation for Natural Disasters: A Starter Guide for Water and Wastewater Utilities touches on why mitigation is important, how to be included in your community's local mitigation plan, how to identify potential mitigation projects for each type of disaster and how to implement and fund proposed mitigation projects.
