At a recent forum, Director of the Office of Management and Budget Shaun Donovan discussed how the President’s 2016 Budget provides tools, technical assistance, and on-the-ground partnership to support communities’ investments in climate preparedness and resilience. These include investments that address flood resilience, drought resilience, wildland fire resilience, and collaboration with local communities.
