The NCCIC has released an advisory about vulnerabilities in Siemens Medium Voltage SINAMICS Products. Multiple versions of these products are affected. Successful exploitation of these vulnerabilities could result in a denial-of-service condition, resulting in a manual restart of the affected devices. Siemens recommends users implement updates that can be obtained from a Siemens representative or via Siemens customer service. The NCCIC also recommends a series of defensive measures to minimize the risk of exploitation of these vulnerabilities. NCCIC/ICS-CERT.
